Founded in İzmir in 1960, Renksan is a family-owned company with more than six decades of experience in the coatings and printing ink industry. What began as a small decorative paint business under the name Julya Arditti has evolved through generations into a specialized industrial manufacturer serving customers in Türkiye and international markets.

Our journey has always been shaped by continuous development, technical expertise and long-term relationships with our customers. Today, Renksan’s core business is focused on flexible packaging printing inks, complemented by our expertise in industrial coatings.

Our Journey

The company began its activities in 1960 under the name Julya Arditti, initially producing decorative paints. During the 1970s, the company moved to Çınarlı, İzmir, as its operations expanded.

In 1986, Renksan moved its manufacturing operations to the İzmir Kemalpaşa Organized Industrial Zone, establishing the foundation for its development as an industrial manufacturer.

A new chapter began in 1991 with the official registration and commencement of operations under the name Renksan. Since then, the company has continued to develop its manufacturing capabilities, product portfolio and technical expertise while remaining a family-owned business.

In 2014, Renksan completed a major transformation in its business focus, moving away from decorative construction paints and concentrating its expertise on flexible packaging printing inks and industrial coatings.

Flexible Packaging Inks

Today, flexible packaging inks represent the core of Renksan’s business.

We manufacture solvent-based flexographic and rotogravure printing inks, together with a comprehensive range of additives, lacquers, dispensing pastes and varnishes. Our products are developed for a wide range of flexible packaging applications, including films, food packaging, labels and other printed packaging materials.

Our approach combines manufacturing expertise with a strong understanding of our customers’ production processes. Rather than offering only standard products, we work closely with our customers to develop solutions that meet their specific technical and application requirements.

R&D and Technical Expertise

At Renksan, research and development is an integral part of our business.

Our in-house R&D laboratory enables us to continuously improve existing products and develop new formulations according to changing market requirements and customer needs. Our technical teams work closely with customers throughout the process, from product development and formulation customization to on-site technical support.

This combination of R&D, manufacturing experience and direct technical support allows us to respond quickly to challenges and develop practical, reliable solutions.
